hey everyone or welcome back so
today I'm gonna be showing you guys how you can cover up melasma or skin
pigmentation using makeup and I really want to thank my model today she's rocky
she's so beautiful and so brave and I really thank her for giving me this
opportunity to share some of these tips with you guys so first of all I'm just
prepping her skin with some moisturizer next I'm using this nyx concealer and
this one is actually a dark circle concealer but i'm using this because it has
a nice peachy undertone to it and rocky has very fair skin so a peachy
undertone corrector concealer would work well with her skin but in case you
have dark or dusky or skin tones.

then I would suggest you to use a corrector
that is orange in color as you can see I'm taking very little amounts of the
concealer and patting that over her problem areas and you really want to blend
it in using the warps for your finger so that it does not look too cakey later
on I felt like I needed more coverage so I added one more very thin layer of
the concealer over her from Marius next up to cover the redness around her nose
and also the blemishes on her forehead I'm using this la girl Pro concealer in
the shade greed it's a green corrector so this helps in canceling out the
redness around her face . now this is a very crucial step you want to make sure
to use very little amount of powder to set the concealer before you actually go
ahead and use the foundation this will help the concealer to stain teeth and it
won't get lifted away when you're blending out the foundation.

so then my camera suddenly stopped filming and
as you can see I've already done half of a face with the foundation and as you
can see it has covered up her melasma entirely and the trick is to use a
foundation that is about one or two shades darker than your skin tone I feel
like if you use a darker foundation it will help to cover up marks and
blemishes more easily then when you're using a lighter foundation so if you use
a light foundation I feel like the marks they really beat through the skin and
it only gets highlighted so I like using a slightly darker foundation for
covering up invitation and you know extreme marks or scars and I would also
suggest using a Beauty Blender instead of a brush because a brush tends to
shear out the foundation and make it look natural so it wouldn't give you
enough coverage but if you use a beauty sponge it will give you a lot of
coverage because you're just patting on the product over your skin you're not
like over blending it and since I'm using a darker shade foundation I'm also
going to go over her neck because I didn't want it just separate next to
concealer as always I'm using my baby fitme concealer I use this all the time I
absolutely love this concealer

so I'm using that to highlight the under eye
area and also the center of a face . then taking my RCM a translucent powder I
am just going to take her under eye area and also the center of her faith and
then taking the same powder I'm just going to dust it lightly all over her face
to set the base in place now we're gonna let that sit there for a while and in
the meantime I'm gonna go ahead and do her eye makeup so first of all I'm just
priming her eyelids with same concealer that I used before then I'm gonna go
ahead and move on to the eyebrows and here I'm using my current favorite and
Milani eyebrow gel and all of the details of the products will be mentioned
down in the description box so do check that out in case you're interested so
yeah I'm just using the brush that it comes with and filling in her eyebrows so
next up taking the hooter Beauty rose gold palette I've taken the shade and
applying it all over her crease as a transition shade and then I went ahead and
took the black shade and applied it all over our eyelids and then using a clean
fluffy blending brush I blend it out into the previous transition shade and I'm
also going to take the black shade to the bottom lashline and I'm only
concentrating it to the outer half of her lower lashline next taking this
gorgeous bronze the shimmery shade I'm gonna be patting that to the center of
her eyelids then I'm just applying some black eyeliner very closely to her lash
line and then I'm blending it out to give it that smoky sort of an impact and
then she intensify the look I am going ahead add tight lining her upper and
lower waterline so next up I curled her lashes and applied some mascara and
then I just went ahead and touched up on the black eyeshadow a bit .

now it's time to contour the face and I'm just
using this subtle bronzer to bronze up her skin and add some definition to it
and you just want to Pat the product on top you want to go in sweeping motions
because that might just lift off the foundation underneath so just go ahead and
use patting motions the same goes with the blush as well lastly I'm using some
false flashes to finish up the eyes now it's time for the lips so first of all
I'm using this brick colored lip liner to outline her lips and she has such
gorgeous thick lips absolutely love her lips and next I'm gonna take a color
hope screenshot this is one of my favorite piecee new colors at the moment and
I'm just applying a very little amount and then spreading it out with my
fingers and then to add some more peachy Ness to the lips I'm adding this
wet-and-wild lipstick to the center of her lips just set all of that base I'm
using my L'Oreal infallible makeup setting spray next I'm taking my mary-lou
manizer and applying that to the high points of her cheeks to the bridge of her
nose her Cupid's bow and the inner corners of the eyes that is teared up and
I'm also adding it to the center of her eyelids to give that extra shine and
did that work up to the end of this tutorial .
