Lipstick Hack! How to wear Nude Lipstick Without Washing You Out?
hey everyone welcome back to my
blog um now for today's look i'm going in with nyx soft matte lip cream in the
shade cape town and it's a beautiful light brown nude shade but as you can see
it does not show up on my lips and it kind of washes me out now to make that
work for me what i like to do is i take my eyebrow pencil in a dark brown shade
um if you have a dark brown lip liner go ahead and use that but since i don't
have a dark brown lip liner

I just like to go in with my eyebrow pencil
and just go ahead and slightly over draw around the center of your lips and for
the edges i like to simply follow the natural line of my lips so yeah just over
draw in the center and follow the natural lip line around the edges that ways
it makes your lips look a lot more natural i do the same thing for the top of
my lips as well so as you can see I'm not making a super curvy cupid's bow I'm
trying to keep the curve a bit softer I'm taking it quite a bit higher than my
natural cupid's bow and again for the edges

I'm simply going to follow the um natural lip
line and that means you get a nice pouty lip effect without it looking too fake
then i just like to put my lips together and sort of blur out that line and if
you want to blur it out further just go over it with your fingertips just make
sure the line is nice and soft and if you lose some definition in the process
go ahead and take your lip liner again and very gently like applying very
little pressure go over your lip line um you know just to give it a tad bit of
definition and finally i go back in with my lipstick one more time

and just apply it all over my lips and make
sure to go over the line of your lips you want to get all of that line covered
and there you have it as you can see my lips looks so much more defined and the
lipstick isn't washing me out anymore like it did before so yeah guys that is
how i like to wear my nude lipsticks and doing this trick works with almost any
