hi everyone welcome back to my blog today i'm gonna be sharing my top five facial serums now serum is definitely the favorite part of my skincare routine because uh while a moisturizer moisturizes the skin a serum is meant to target your specific skin concerns so a serum is basically a skin care product which has a very high concentration of active ingredients so that can be very very beneficial for your skin you want to use a serum before your moisturizer because a serum can have some moisturizing properties but it cannot wholly moisturize your face so you have to add a moisturizer on top of that now without any further ado let's start with my first favorite serum and that has got to be the sulwasu first care activating serum it's a beautiful ceramic packaging it's really really nice i think it's breakable this serum is quite different from my other serums because usually we use our serums after the toner but this one is supposed to be the first step that's because this serum kind of uh activates whatever you apply on top of this it kind of claims to you know boost or sort of amplify the effects of your other skin care products

so this serum is formulated using the jean complex which means uh savasu has you know gone through like thousands and thousands of great korean herbs and they have kind of hand-picked the top five herbs to sort of come about with this formulation and i think that's the reason why it has this uh sort of a reddish tint to it and it also smells amazing like the scent is very very mild but it has a really nice very natural herbal sort of scent so after cleansing my face i just take about two pumps off this serum warm it up between my palms and go ahead and press it onto my skin you can also use massaging strokes but i like to just you know sort of press it with the warmth of my palms and that sort of helps the serum to absorb even better this serum has very lightweight consistency and it's also very fast absorbing like it absorbs instantly into my skin without leaving any sort of greasy feel my skin kind of feels plump and it kind of looks a lot more even like i feel like it has definitely helped with the textures in my skin because it's a rejuvenating serum which means it helps repair the skin surface the price of this is on the higher side but like i said serums have very high concentrations of amazing ingredients so you only need very little you don't need to use a lot so this bottle is going to last me

I think for half a year or something it's going to last me a very long time so i definitely don't mind spending on my serums because you get what you pay for you know next i have a cult favorite this is the ordinary hyaluronic acid two percentage plus b5 and i'm so glad you can find all of these products in india nowadays the hyaluronic acid is capable of retaining a thousand times more water in weight than it sells and that is the reason why this serum every time i use it it gives me that instant boost of hydration it leaves my skin feeling super super plump it just plumps it up makes it look so much more healthier and hydrated and because it is very good in retaining moisture i like going in with my facial mist and just spraying it all over my face and that really intensifies the hydrating property of this syrup and because it's very well known for extracting moisture it can also extract moisture from within your skin leaving your skin feeling very dry and dehydrated so that's the reason why you always must use very moisturizing products on top of this so that it helps to lock in all of that moisture in your skin so next i've got the mystique of youth concentrate serum and can you see the packaging that is super super beautiful so this serum has a micro copper and peptide and active ingredients which are great ingredients for anti aging peptide is great for sort of reversing the damages caused by aging on your skin so as you can see this one also has this gel lotion sort of consistency uh it feels quite lightweight but at the same time it gives my skin the most beautiful glow i use this in the night time and when i wake up my skin still looks very glowy it really helps my skin look radiant and the effect of this is pretty quick and visible so it's kind of like my pick me up sort of a product number four we've got pixi vitamin c serum uh this was one of the first vitamin c serums

absolutely love it because this one has very very high concentration of vitamin
c like whenever i use this in the night time and wake up in the morning my skin
looks super bright like you can literally see the difference and this is my
second bottle and i'm almost running out i just have like a few drops left in
there and as time goes by this vitamin c serum turns out to become more and
more yellow and now as you can see it has turned almost brownish on me but
that's the nature of vitamin c the more it gets exposed to air and the yellower
it gets it means that the vitamin c content is sort of going down but because
it has sterilic acid it certainly has some bit of vitamin c left in there and
i'm certainly going to go and get myself a third bottle because i literally
swear by this in the beginning i said i have only top five but i had to put in
one more bonus product and that is a serum for the eyes and that is like my
holy grail products so please don't go anywhere we have one more product coming
up after this one so number five on my facial serum list is the just herbs
rejuvenating beauty elixir facial syrup now just herbs is an ayurvedic brand
from india so whenever you use this first of all you want to give it a good
shake as you can see it has a white milky sort of texture it feels like a very
very lightweight lotion it kind of absorbs really well it has some really
really amazing ingredients and the key ingredient of this serum is go to cola
it's also called indian ginseng and that ingredient itself has amazing healing
properties so this serum really helps in smoothing out the texture of my skin
it also has anti-aging properties and it also brings about radiance in my skin
finally we have the bonus product and that is the a by bomb ultra time return
eye serum if you've been following me then you probably have seen this serum a
couple of times in my instagram posts it has this very heavy sort of thick oil
consistency it's like oil but it's very very thick and that makes it a very
very rich product so i just like to take two or three drops at the back of my
hands and using my ring finger i go ahead and pat that all around my eye area
and this serum is super super moisturizing and that's the reason why i also use
this serum on my forehead because i do have very fine lines on my forehead and
i think it does an amazing job in smoothing out any fine lines and it also
claims to have brightening properties.
